Yeap- that pretty much sums it up. Whoever sent this probably won’t ever see this post, but if they do they should know they aren’t alone. via PostSecret »

Life it is not just a series of calculations and a sum total of statistics, it’s about experience, it’s about participation, it is something more complex and more interesting than what is obvious.

This picture is from a really cool picture slideshow called The Statue of Liberty Then and Now. Lady Liberty definitely has an interesting history and these photographs are worth a quick look. via MSNBC »

A vs B - Biscuit Holes at Hardee’s

While this ad doesn’t really make me want to run out and find a Hardee’s and eat their Holes, it is pretty clever.

Highlights: “I just don’t like the A-Holes.” “The A-Hole seems kind of small.” “The A-Hole is nasty.”

Mistake
It’s kind of like the following, unedited response answering a question about who your favorite high school teacher was- “I would say mines would have to be Ms. Fidler and Ms Abear…Enjoyed being in there class!”
Both of those teachers are English teachers. How many errors can you find in this “sentence?” Ugh. via PostSecret »

Glastonbury 2009 (29)
“Revellers gather in the fog, near the Stone Circle in the early hours of the second day of the annual Glastonbury Festival on June 27, 2009.”
Some of the photos from this set, especially the first one, remind me of what I envisioned while reading through the opening scenes of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. You know, all of the Quidditch World Cup scenes where everyone was camping out.
Has anyone ever been to a festival like this? I’m not sure I could do it. via The Big Picture »

Our lives improve only when we take chances - and the first and most difficult risk we can take is to be honest with ourselves.

Really cool video. Even though it’s short, I can only imagine how much time it took to create.

And, Mark… I’ve decided it’s awesome. (rb)

London
If I see a cool picture of the London Eye I feel it’s impossible for me not to post it. Search my site if you don’t believe me. I’ve tumbled some pretty rad ones over the past few months. via Flickr »

Muse - Supermassive Black Hole

This might just be my favorite track from Black Holes & Revelations. Which reminds me, I need to get that album back on my computer. I can’t remember why it’s missing. (rb)
