Recently Experienced Twitter Hatred
Apparently someone on Twitter wasn’t too happy with one of the tweets I tweeted earlier. They were so offended, hurt, angry… hell, I have no idea what word to use, that they @’d me and tried to start a debate.
I made the mistake of @ing them back without looking at their page first. Had I checked like I usually do when someone new @’s me I would have ignored them.

Telegraph: 'Military to use new gel that stops... →
There’s a small company in the UK that has created a special substance that hardens immediately when hit.
The gel is called d3O and has already been used in some consumer products. Now, after the company was awarded some money from the Ministry of Defense, defense contractors could begin using the gel to reduce bulk in military armor.
Shock-absorbent bullet-busting gel, FTW!

TED: 'Jill Bolte Taylor's stroke of insight' →
I just finished watching this, my very first TED Talk. (If the rest are half as good as this one, I have hours of epicness I can still watch.)
This lady is a brain researcher that studied her own stroke as it happened. I feel the Talk is about much more than that though. If you stick with what she’s saying and watch the entire thing I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

The Crisis of Credit Visualized
I can now say I have a greater, more thorough understanding of the mess we’re in.
Everything about this video is remarkable and it was definitely worth the eleven minutes it took to watch. (rb)

Why You Should Buy & Read 'Watchmen' This Weekend →
One of my favorite people that I follow wrote this epic little article that you might enjoy reading. It was written after I tweeted him a few days ago about whether or not I should try and read Watchman before seeing it.
Now, more than ever, I can’t wait to read it. In fact, I might head to Barnes & Noble later tonight to grab a copy. (rb)

My ColorGenics Profile
I did this little quiz after seeing Cassidy’s results show up on my dashboard. Just like the results of another colour quiz I recently took, this one is basically dead-on.
It takes thirty seconds to complete so give it a try… that is if you can get past how creepy the site looks; it looked creepy to me, at least.
