- Me: Hmm... Pizza Hut or Papa Johns?
- Me: Ended up ordering Pizza Hut since they had the best coupon. Although, when I clicked "order" FOUR popups popped-up. Really, Pizza Hut?
- Me: Correction: Ordering Papa Johns now since Pizza Hut just called and said they don't carry what I ordered anymore. Pizza Hut fail... again.
- Me: Papa Johns just called and said they were out of wheat dough. That's okay since four popups didn't popup I changed it to regular dough.
- Me: At this point, as long as I get pizza in my belly I'll be happy.
Death Cab for Cutie - Little Bribes
Thanks to my best bud Scott, I finally got my hands on the five tracks that make-up The Open Door EP.
The first four tracks, including this one, definitely have a Narrow Stairs feel. It would have been cool to see how they would have fit into the track listings. Good stuff. (rb)
Cast of Glee - Don’t Stop Believin’
This show, which aired a sneak preview earlier tonight, has soo much potential. Let’s hope it lives up to the hype a little better in the Fall.
Two reasons I’m personally rooting for it- First, its creator, Ryan Murphy, also created one of my favorite shows of all-time. (Hint: It isn’t Nip/Tuck.) Second, the cast is solid and incredibly talented. If the name Lea Michele doesn’t ring any bells, Google her. (Tip: Look for any Spring Awakening references.) (rb)
This is a really cool tool to play around with.
Find out the “stress index,” unemployment, foreclosure, and bankruptcy percentages broken down county-by-county.
I’m honestly surprised at the rates of the county my parents live in and the county my university is in.
Ratatat - Seventeen Years
I know a bunch of the people I follow (Andy, Alex, Sam, Ryan, Anthony) have posted tracks and things about this group.
This is the first track I believe I have listen to all the way through from them. I’m really diggin’ it.
Is all of their stuff upbeat instrumental tunes like this? I need to find out more about these guys. (rb)
